Cores Needed
Cores are an important part of our business and we routinely buy cores to compliment our aircraft stock. If you have a core(s) that you would like Quality Aircraft Accessories to consider, please note the "Core Rules" below.
Core Rules
Quality Aircraft Accessories does not accept offers by phone. Please download the core consideration form and send by email to sales@qualityaircraftaccessories.com or fax us at 918-835-2804.
If Quality Aircraft Accessories is interested in your core(s), you will get a call from us shortly after we receive your core submission form. If you don't hear from us, we do not have a need for your particular core(s) at this time.
Core offers are kept on file for one year as our core needs change. Quality Aircraft Accessories may contact you in the future to determine if the core(s) you offered are still available.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs. If we are interested in your cores and request that you ship them to us for review/inspection, and the cores are rejected, if you want the core(s) returned,you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well.
Once core is reviewed and approved, payment will be issued within three days.
Core Policy
All COD and International Customers are charged for core(s) at time of sale. To obtain a refund for the core charge, please return the core(s)within 30 days of invoice date.
Customers paying by credit card will have their core charge deferred for 30 days. If the core is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, your credit card will be charged for the core charge.
Customers with open accounts will have their core(s) charged to their account on the date of the invoice. If the core is received within 30 days, your account will be credited for the core charge.
Late cores will be discounted to compensate for loss of use unless prior arrangements have been made.
